Rull is located in the south of Yap State, the Federated States of Micronesia, a Pacific island country. With a total area of about 980,000 square meters and a total population of 2,201, Rull is one of the largest cities in Yap State. It boasts a long coastline, vast waters and rich fishery resources, and enjoys a good reputation for tuna and other fishery products including crab, shellfish, lobster and freshwater eel. Besides, it is rich in tropical fruits such as coconut, banana, papaya and pineapple, and produces high-quality pepper for export. Tourism is an important part of Rull's economy.

如尔市位于太平洋岛国密克罗尼西亚雅浦州南部，全市总面积约为98万平方米，总人口为2201人，是雅浦州最大的城市之一。城市周边海岸线绵长，水域辽阔，渔业资源十分丰富，尤其以金枪鱼为主的蟹、贝类、龙虾以及淡水鳗等渔业产品而著名。该市还盛产椰子、香蕉、木瓜和菠萝等热带水果，同时出产优质胡椒多出口国外。

It has rich tourism resources, beautiful tropical scenery, and ring coral reef islands. Rull is a famous diving destination. Its unique culture and customs are well maintained, such as ancient castles, "Stone Money Bank" and other historical sites.

如尔市旅游资源丰富，热带风光秀丽，周边多为环状珊瑚礁岛，是著名的潜水胜地，其独特的文化和风俗保持良好，拥有古城堡、“石币银行”等古迹，旅游业是其经济发展的重要支柱。

During 2016-2018, Zhongshan had sent medical teams to the Federated States of Micronesia to provide free medical services for local citizens.

2016-2018年期间，中山市应邀派出多批医疗团组，前往密克罗尼西亚联邦为当地市民开展义诊。
