（Bilingual）火炬开发区所有道路实施交通临时管控 Torch Development Zone temporary traffic control
因疫情防控工作需要，火炬开发区暂停大型会议、论坛、培训、演出、展销促销等聚集性活动。强化重点场所防控，网吧、电影院、健身场所、酒吧、足浴店、棋牌室等密闭通风不良场所暂停营业，餐饮场所取消堂食。区内（不含民众街道）及跨区公交暂停服务。
3月18日15:00-22:00有序开展全员核酸检测工作。请全体市民积极配合做好核酸检测，确保应检尽检，遵守采样检测点的现场秩序，做好个人防护。
自本通告发布之时起，对进出火炬开发区（不含民众街道）的所有道路实施交通临时管控。管控期间，人员原则上只进不出，如因重大疾病紧急就医、特定公务等确需出入的，须持有24小时内核酸检测阴性证明，经区新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部同意后持通行证出入。对不配合管控管理的人员，将依据疫情防控相关法律法规，依法查处。
特别提示：根据最新安排，火炬一中体育馆新冠疫苗接种点（外籍人士接种点）接种工作从即日起暂停，请勿前往。

According to the latest epidemic prevention and control requirements, Torch Development Zone has suspended large-scale conferences, forums, training sessions, performances, exhibitions, sales campaigns and other public gathering activities. Prevention and control measures are strengthened in key venues, including Internet cafes, cinemas, fitness centers, bars, foot care shops, chess and cards rooms, and other enclosed venues shall be closed temporarily. Dine-in service in restaurants is canceled temporarily. Internal bus services (Minzhong District not included) and external bus services are suspended.
Nucleic acid testing will be carried out for all people in TDZ from 15:00 to 22:00 on March 18. Please cooperate with the testing to ensure that all those in need are tested, observe the on-site order at sampling and testing sites, and take proper self-protection measures.
Starting from the issuance of this notice, all roads entering or exiting TDZ (Minzhong District not included) are under temporary control. During the control period, residents can only enter TDZ, while leaving are not allowed. Anyone that need to leave TDZ for emergency medical treatment, specific official duties or other special reasons shall present a valid negative nucleic acid test result within 24 hours. Those who do not comply to the rules will be handled according to relevant laws and regulations on epidemic prevention and control.
Special notice: COVID-19 vaccination in the Zhongshan Torch Development Zone No.1 Middle School gymnasium (vaccination site for foreign nationals) has been temporarily suspended.
